Let’s face it, Shepard is Mass Effect’s Captain Kirk and always will be. Still, while we wait for the return of the Commander in Mass Effect 7 (ETA 2017?) we might as well accept the fact that there’s a wide universe out there to explore. With that in mind, and regarding the next chapter in the series, here are my thoughts…
Having gone through all the stages of grief with Mass Effect 3, I find myself loving this game more and more as time passes. I’m currently on my second full playthrough of the game, now with all DLCs in place, and I think it’s beautiful. And I can’t explain it. I have never felt anything like this for a video game series before. It reminds me of my passion for The Lord of the Rings books when I was so so much younger. And it’s a happy feeling…
